Our Frequently Asked Questions
Once the valuation is complete, how quickly will you collect the caravan/motorhome?
Once you have accepted our valuation we can then start looking at picking your caravan/motorhome up from your location. The collection of the caravan/motorhome will be at your convenience.
How do we make valuations without viewing the Motorhome/Touring Caravan?
By following our valuation process, you provide us with a large number of details such as the make, model, age and condition of the caravan/motorhome in question alongside any accessories that it may have. From there we can make an informed decision alongside using guide prices to make your valuation as accurate as possible.
When will i receive payment for my motorhome/caravan?
Once your valuation is completed and we have organised a collection date for your caravan we will talk to you about how you would like to be paid and talk you through the process of receiving your payment!
Do you take any and all carvans/motorhomes?
We take a large variety of makes and models of motorhomes and caravans. Currently we are happy to take any make/model of motorhome off your hands but regarding caravans we are only taking tourning caravans, static caravans will not be taken for valuation.
What if I still have finance on my caravan/motorhome that i am looking to trade?
All of this will be taken into account during the valuation process. If you have any finance or an insurance claim against the caravan/motorhome we will discuss the details with you and organise a deal that will fairly reflect this. Regardless, we will always aim to provide you with the best and most competitive offer on your motorhome/caravan.
